Director | Researcher
I hold a doctorate in cognitive psychology from Sorbonne University. I am the co-founder and CEO of several companies, including Adoc Talent Management, and have over 15 years of experience in strategic roles across the human resources, innovation, and digital sectors. I currently serve as Director of the Laboratory of Interdisciplinary studies on the Doctorate (LID), where I leads research on doctoral education, researcher careers, and the transformation of research ecosystems.
Deeply committed to promoting the value of doctoral education in society, I teach in several universities and supports public and private organizations in leveraging research-based skills. My work aims to foster the recognition of PhD holders, especially by aligning their expertise with societal, economic, and technological transitions.
I am also an associate member of the LIRES (Laboratoire interdisciplinaire de recherche en enseignement supérieur) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Céreq (Centre d’études et de recherches sur les qualifications), where I contribute to national and international reflections on research careers, academic policy, and the future of higher education.
