I am a PhD in social psychology. I work as a researcher and trainer at Adoc Talent Management. I have developed expertise in—social, differential and intercultural—psychology and behavioral sciences. My current work focuses on the health of researchers, and on creativity in the PhD process.

I conduct research on the—physical, psychological and social—health of researchers, especially identity-based approaches, designed to promote researchers’ health. I am also interested in issues related to creativity and innovation in scientific research.
