I hold a PhD in political science from Montpellier University. From 2016 to 2021, my research focused on the construction of environmental management policies and their reception among the stakeholders concerned. At the same time, I developed an interest in the experiences of
the doctorate through hosting a podcast giving a voice to doctoral students in human and social sciences. In September 2022, I joined Adoc Talent Management as a researcher in the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate (LID), I conduct research on impostor syndrome and doctoral public policy, with a particular focus on issues of inclusion and diversity.
