My name is Clara Perroux and I am a Research Consultant at Adoc Talent Management. I initially joined Adoc in March 2023 as part of a master’s degree in sociology of work and organizations. During this internship, I was involved in qualitative analysis for a large-scale study investigating the career paths of PhD holders. Following this enriching experience, I had the opportunity to continue my career at Adoc, where I now focus on promoting the expertise of researchers at the LID.
